Team Spirit on the Track: Faculty of Communication and Environment at the Rhein-Ruhr Marathon

On Sunday, 18 May 2025, the Faculty of Communication and Environment at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences took part in the half marathon relay event at the 42nd Rhein-Ruhr Marathon in Duisburg with five relay teams.

Focusing on Societal Impact: ENLIGHT Conference Brings Experts Together in Groningen

How can societal impact become a guiding principle for universities? This question was at the heart of the ENLIGHT Impact Conference, held at the University of Groningen at the end of March. Among the participants: Professor Dr Daniela Lud from Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, who presented the EU-FarmBook project as an example of practice-oriented and participatory university engagement.

Digital Art Mediation in Beuys Exhibition

How can historical and artistic themes be communicated in a contemporary and digital way? This question was explored by students from the Faculty of Communication and Environment at HSRW as part of a collaborative project with Museum Schloss Moyland. The results of this partnership will be featured in the exhibition "Joseph Beuys and National Socialism – A Laboratory," which will open on March 30, 2025.
