Digital Art Mediation in Beuys Exhibition

How can historical and artistic themes be communicated in a contemporary and digital way? This question was explored by students from the Faculty of Communication and Environment at HSRW as part of a collaborative project with Museum Schloss Moyland. The results of this partnership will be featured in the exhibition "Joseph Beuys and National Socialism – A Laboratory," which will open on March 30, 2025.

New lectures open for guest auditors

Our Guest Auditor Programme for summer semester 2024 has begun and allows non-students to enjoy the academic side of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences by participating in regular lectures in a range of different fields. "Fathers of the Lower Rhine": Exhibition on Active Fatherhood in Kempen

In a society that is constantly evolving, it is crucial to challenge traditional gender roles and create space for new ways of life. This is the aim of the exhibition series "Fathers of the Lower Rhine" by Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, which addresses the theme of private caregiving and highlights the diversity of fatherhood. The exhibition was first opened in April 2024 at the Kamp-Lintfort campus and will now be available from 17th March 2025 at various locations across Kempen.

Prof. Dr. Kai Tiedemann invites you to explore exciting opportunities in digital fabrication and discover how technologies can help develop eco-friendly solutions. The Green FabLab aims to show children and young people that they can be not only part of the problem but also part of the solution.
