From April 14 to 25, 2025 Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences invites everybody who is interested to get a “first taste” of what it’s like to study with us.

The Faculty of Communication and Environment cordially invites all prospective students, and the just curious to its Open Day on June 8, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Kamp-Lintfort. Let us guide you through lecture halls, laboratories and our library, take part in a variety of hands-on activities and find out about the contents of the numerous degree programmes.

How can societal impact become a guiding principle for universities? This question was at the heart of the ENLIGHT Impact Conference, held at the University of Groningen at the end of March. Among the participants: Professor Dr Daniela Lud from Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, who presented the EU-FarmBook project as an example of practice-oriented and participatory university engagement.
