The goal of ‘Mobile - Mobil im Leben’ is to develop a way for people with cognitive or physical disabilities to easily and effectively participate and navigate in public transportation. Dr Ing.- Christian Ressel, Professor of Ambient Intelligence at the Faculty of Communication and Environment, is the Scientific Head of the project.

Cycling for a better environment

Twenty-one members of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences recently took part in the Stadradeln Kleve initiative. Over a three-week period, the team commuted a total of 2,643.3 kilometres by bike, preventing the emission of around 375.3 kilogrammes of carbon dioxide!

A German Chancellor Fellowship goes to Kleve: Science Communication Research in Russia

Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences will act as host institution as part of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation’s international fellowship programme for future leaders.
