Initiating a partnership between Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and Kässbohrer in the field of research and teaching
Kleve/Kamp-Lintfort, 27 April 2016: Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and Kässbohrer Fahrzeugwerke GmbH intend to collaborate in future on student projects, dissertations, work placements and research and development. To mark the occasion, the current President of Tirsan, Çetin Nuhoğlu, together with the Head of Research and Development, Tugay Yılmaz, and the Sales Manager, Mehmet Önen, visited Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences to find out more about the university and the courses on offer.
The delegation from Turkey was welcomed by the University President, Dr Heide Naderer; the Vice-President for Research and Knowledge Transfer, Prof. Dr habil. Jens Gebauer; and Prof. Dr-Ing. Peter Kisters, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dirk Nissing and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Alexander Klein, professors at the Faculty of Technology and Bionics.
In addition to a presentation on Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences, the programme included a tour of the laboratories and the technical hall of the Faculty of Technology and Bionics. This was followed by in-depth discussions on opportunities for cooperation in the fields of research and development, as well as for student projects and final-year dissertations.
