Do you have any questions about forms, university procedures or deadlines? At the Virtual Student Service Point, the ZSB team and student assistants are on hand to help you in a straightforward way, without a lot of red tape:

Monday: 10 am–12 noon
Wednesday: 2 pm–4 pm
