VDI Niederrhein held a meeting at the faculty

The Executive Committee meeting of the Lower Rhine regional association of the Association of German Engineers (VDI) took place at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences at the end of June. Prof. Dr Alexander Klein, MBA, as a member of the Executive Committee, had invited attendees to the Technology Hall of the Faculty of Technology and Bionics. There, the VDI members gathered for an extended Executive Committee meeting to, amongst other things, plan future events and discuss how the study prize could be reformed. They also took the opportunity to visit some of the faculty’s laboratories. Afterwards, Prof. Klein provided information about the university, the faculty and, in particular, the engineering degree programmes on offer. The afternoon at the university drew to a close with a barbecue for all.
