Who should I contact regarding study-related questions?
This term is proving to be quite a challenge. Fortunately, you can turn to our study tutor, Ms Buksmann, for support with any questions, concerns or problems relating to your studies. Feel free to discuss any issues you may have during one-to-one counselling sessions via email, telephone or video chat – every session is confidential.

You can also book an appointment by email; please include the following information:
- Your degree programme,
- contact details, e.g. telephone number or video chat app ID,
- your available time slots between Monday and Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm,
- and a brief description of the topic you would like to discuss.
Please bear in mind that demand is particularly high at the start of the term, so please be patient if you do not receive a reply straight away and wait a few days.
