Opening & Service hours

Extended opening hours during the lecture and exam period are made possible by central quality improvement funding.

“How can I access the e-book?”

“How can I order a book via interlibrary loan?”

“How can I reserve an individual study room?”

These and other questions can be answered from specialist library staff during full service hours in person at the information desk, by telephone and by email. 

Outside full service hours, the information desk is usually staffed by student assistants who can help you with questions regarding the library use. Please bear in mind that our student assistants are unable to assist you with more complex problems or requests.

You’ll find our information desk in Kamp-Lintfort at the library entrance and in Kleve on the 2nd floor.

The following services are on site available during full service hours only:

• Information and advice from specialist library staff
• Library card replacements
• Payment of fees
• Signatures on applications for deregistration from the university
• Registration of external (non-HSRW) users
