Faculty of Communication and Environment

Building on the success of previous years, the Faculty of Communication and Environment at Rhine-Waal University has organised its fifth E-Government University Day on the topic “IT-Security: A Challenge for Public Administration – New Prospects for Young IT Talents” on the 17th of November 2015.

The money was raised by selling Fair Trade products on the "Barbaramarkt" in Kamp-Lintfort.

Dr Frank Zimmer, Vice Dean and Professor at the Faculty of Communication and Environment invited 56 primary school kids of Niersenberg School to join a very special kind of lecture.

With more than 50 different local companies and organisations exhibiting and more than 1000 visitors, the fair was a real crowd puller.

Time to celebrate in Kamp-Lintfort! The city has officially been selected to host the Landesgartenschau 2020, the largest horticultural exhibition in North Rhine-Westphalia.
