The library offers guided tours and a range of training courses designed to promote information literacy.
Lecturers and other staff members of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences will find an overview of organisation, framework and conditions of the trainings in the "Training Information Sheet".
Students and others interested can book guided library tours for groups of three or more people by appointment.

- How the interlibrary loan service works.
- What basic search methods are available.

After completing this training, you will know:
- Which subject-specific databases the library has licensed and where you can find these, as well as other freely accessible databases.
- How to search for full text journal articles and other documents in subject-specific databases.
- How to access the documents you have found.
