During the 2018/2019 winter semester, Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences is offering residents of Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort the opportunity to attend regular lectures.
Once again, Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences is opening its lecture theatres to visiting students. Open-minded and practice-oriented lectures await those with a thirst for knowledge who wish to further their education in a specific subject area. Courses are offered in German or English across the various degree programmes at the faculties on the Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort campuses.
The Faculty of Technology and Bionics at the Kleve campus delivers its lectures exclusively in English, covering not only traditional subjects such as physics, mathematics and chemistry, but also topics from the fields of science communication, electrical engineering, business administration and project management. The Faculty of Life Sciences focuses, amongst other things, on microbiology and immunology, as well as occupational health and safety, health law and agroecology. The third faculty at the Kleve campus, the Faculty of Society and Economics, focuses its lectures particularly on business-related aspects such as company law, social responsibility, and organisational and business development. In addition, lectures on domestic and international politics are also offered.
At the Faculty of Communication and Environment on the Kamp-Lintfort campus, the following modules are available, amongst others: personality psychology, knowledge and quality management, media and IT law, as well as e-government and administrative modernisation. Further exciting topics are covered, including electric mobility, energy management and technology, and social and labour policy.
