Kids' Uni with Yvonne Willicks

The Children's University at Rhine-Waal University for 8 to 12-year-olds is returning for another exciting session! Kids won’t just watch; they’ll be actively engaged in the activities. And who knows, the adult companions might learn something valuable too. On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, we’ll welcome Germany’s probably most renowned domestic science expert, Yvonne Willicks.

Join us for an engaging event featuring insightful talks and discussions with experts from both industry and public administration, centred around the theme: “Transformation through AI: How intelligent should public administration become?” Discover the latest developments in AI technology, its application in the public sector, and the challenges and solutions it presents. Participation is free of charge.

Another Company Evening at the Green FabLab: Focus on AI

On September 10, 2024, the Green FabLab on the Kamp-Lintfort campus once again opened its doors for a company evening. Organized by Miriam Drazek and René König, both research associates in the LabLandschaften team, the event provided a platform for exchange and networking. Municipalities, companies, and members of the university discussed potential collaborations after brief keynote presentations over snacks and drinks.

Key Technology AI – Ideas, Strategies, and Practical Applications


The fifth company evening at the Rhine-Waal University will take place on September 10, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Green FabLab on the Kamp-Lintfort campus and focus on a technology that is not only hotly debated but also widely used in various applications – Artificial Intelligence.
