To this end, the university has updated its procedure for enforcing the 3G rules. With regard to checks on students attending teaching and examination sessions, this means that checks will be carried out at the checkpoints at the access points – which remain subject to restrictions – on a reasonably random basis.
Access to the buildings remains as follows:
On the Kleve campus:
- Buildings 1, 2a, 3, 5 and 10: open for direct access
- Buildings 2 and 3: access via Building 3
- Buildings 6–9: access via Building 5
- Buildings 11–13: access via Building 10
At the Kamp-Lintfort campus:
- Building 1: open for direct access
- Buildings 2 and 3: access via Building 2
To make things even easier, entry wristbands will be issued to vaccinated university members at the following locations and times:
Kleve campus:
On Wednesday, 6 October 2021, at the testing centre in Building 5a from 7.00 am to 1.00 pm; thereafter during the testing centre’s opening hours:
- Mondays 7.00 am to 10.00 am
- Wednesdays 7.00 am to 10.00 am
- Fridays 7.00 am to 10.00 am
Kamp-Lintfort Campus:
On Friday, 8 October 2021, at the testing centre/at the entry checkpoint in the Audimax from 7.00 am to 10.00 am; thereafter during the testing centre’s opening hours on the ground floor of the Audimax.
- Mondays 7.00 am to 10.00 am
- Wednesdays 7.00 am to 10.00 am
- Fridays 7.00 am to 10.00 am
The admission wristbands grant access to the university buildings until 28 February 2022 simply by presenting them. These wristbands serve as proof of compliance with the 3G rule when entering the buildings. However, random checks will continue to be carried out at the entrances. You must therefore carry your proof of vaccination and identification with you at all times and present them on request.
