Prospective students would do well to take part in the taster programme. From 14 to 25 October 2019, a wide range of events will offer a good insight into the degree programmes and everyday student life.
Which degree subject is right for me – social sciences, health sciences, social work, technology or economics? Prospective students are constantly faced with this question. Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences helps them find the right answer through its taster programme, offering valuable insights at both its Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort campuses.
School pupils have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the range of courses on offer at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences. As part of the taster programme, the four faculties open up their regular lectures, tutorials and seminars, held in both German and English. In this way, those interested gain a good overview of the range of courses on offer, can try out a degree programme of their choice and engage in conversation with the lecturers. Furthermore, during this time, pupils experience everyday university life first-hand and can get a taste of student life in Kleve or Kamp-Lintfort.

The Central Student Advisory Service is hosting a welcome event on 14 October 2019 at 11.00 am on both campuses. As well as receiving interesting information about university life, pupils will have the opportunity to ask students from every faculty questions. In addition, the Central Student Advisory Service will be open to pupils throughout the entire taster programme.
