With their lecture ‘Employee Motivation – Human Energy in the Workplace’, the speakers Prof. Dr Thomas Stelzer-Rothe, Professor of Business Administration at South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences and founding mentor in the University Didactics Further Education programme of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, and Prof. Dr Georg Hauck, Professor of Communication Psychology and Organisational Consultancy at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences, will continue the Studium Generale lecture series on 30 January 2018 at 7.00 pm.
Under the guiding principle ‘The most powerful drug for human beings is other human beings!’, the speakers will discuss neurobiological explanations for motivation and provide insights into how these can be applied in the context of staff development at universities."
The event will take place at the Kleve campus of Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences, Marie-Curie-Straße 1, Lecture Theatre Centre, ground floor, Room 01 EG 005 (Lecture Theatre 1).
The lecture forms part of the Studium Generale programme and has been designed to make academic research accessible through lectures that are easy for the general public to understand. Committed to general, universal education, the lecture programme is aimed at members of the public, students, school pupils and anyone in the region with an interest in science, as well as professors and staff at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences.
