A graduate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences has been awarded the Bachelor’s Award by the Society for Applied Business Psychology (GWPs)
At this year’s conference of the Society for Applied Business Psychology (GWPs) in Darmstadt, Stefanie Heinrich, a graduate of the Psychology degree programme specialising in Work and Organisational Psychology at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, was awarded first place in the GWPs Bachelor’s Award.
Stefanie Heinrich successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Work and Organisational Psychology) at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor’s thesis on an experimental study into the effects of life coaching. Prof. Dr Nicki Marquardt, programme director and supervisor of the Bachelor’s thesis, is very proud of his graduate: “In her Bachelor’s thesis, Ms Heinrich demonstrated exceptional independence and a high level of methodological competence. The fact that this work has now been recognised with an award is the fitting conclusion to a success story that began with a very good final mark and publication in a scientific journal,” says Prof. Marquardt.
