Homecoming Cup

The Homecoming Cup is the sporting highlight of Freshers’ Week. It is an interdisciplinary relay race comprising canoeing, sprinting, a cycling obstacle course, skating and, to round it off, the big team challenge: scaling a wall nearly four metres high.

The idea for the Homecoming Cup originally came from the United States. Homecoming is a tradition designed to welcome students to campus at the start of the term.
