These and other questions can be answered from trained library staff during full service hours in person at the information desk, by telephone and by email.

Full Service Hours on site

The following services are on site available during full service hours only:

• Information and advice from trained library staff
• Library card replacement
• Payment of fees
• Signatures on applications for deregistration from the university
• Registration of external users

Outside of full service hours, student assistants will be available to help you with your questions at the information desk and by telephone.

You will find our information desk in Kamp-Lintfort at the entrance to the library and in Kleve on the 2nd floor.
