Reserve Collections

Reserve collections hold the recommended readings and materials for courses taught in the current semester. The list of materials to reserve is provided by lecturers of the university.

The reserve collections contain non-circulating materials only and thus can’t be checked out. However, the materials can be used at workplaces or for making copies in the library. This is the best way to guarantee that all students enrolled in the corresponding course can access and use the recommended materials.

You will find the reserve collections on a separate, specifically-labeled shelf. At our location in Kleve the shelf can be found on the 2nd floor; at our location in Kamp-Lintfort it’s adjacent to the information desk.
