Can they help tackle the microplastics problem, or can they even contribute to the protection of our ecosystems?
Prof. Dr Christoph Heß, Professor of Non-Metallic Materials at the Faculty of Technology and Bionics, will address these questions in his lecture ‘Bioplastics against plastic pollution – will everything turn out all right?’ on Tuesday, 19 December, at 7 pm in Lecture Theatre 005 on the ground floor of the Audimax (Building 1). Like all Studium Generale lectures, this event is open to the general public, anyone in the region with an interest in science, school pupils, university students and university staff. Attendance is free of charge; no prior registration is required.
