For the past few weeks, the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) has been offering digital one-to-one consultations to all students and prospective students on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 pm to 3 pm. At the so-called virtual Student Service Point, students can use the Webex software to clarify brief enquiries or questions regarding forms, university procedures or the digital semester.
Together with its student assistants, the ZSB aims to provide straightforward and unbureaucratic support through this service. Those seeking advice simply need to follow these instructions:
1. Go to hsrw.info/studentpoint
2. Enter your name and email address.
3. Enter the password ‘Study1’.
4. Click on ‘Join now’.
5. Follow the instructions on your screen.
