Induction Week 2015

Students from over 100 countries are already on this journey together at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences, learning, developing and discovering new things. During the induction week, future fellow students meet and celebrate together, bringing together a wealth of cultures.

For one week, first-year students receive support from their tutors, have the opportunity to ask questions about starting their studies, and get to know the wide range of university activities, the towns and the area surrounding Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences. As well as various information sessions, a cinema evening in Kleve, a campus rally and a market, the programme naturally also includes a pub crawl, during which students can discover the best bars and their favourite pubs. At the barbecue, freshers can pick up the best insider tips in a relaxed atmosphere and get the right answers to any questions they still have on their minds. Whether it’s BAföG, scholarships, finding a flat share or a library card – the tutors are on hand to offer advice and support! Of course, the induction week ends with an opening party.
