The Examination Board of the Faculty of Technology and Bionics wishes to raise awareness of cheating and scientific misconduct in general. This includes cases of ghostwriting, plagiarism, the unauthorised use of books during an examination, the falsification of data and other such situations. Scientific misconduct, also known as academic misconduct, refers to all breaches of scientific rules and standards. All members of the academic community – including research staff both within and outside universities, teaching staff and students – are committed to good scientific practice. This excludes scientific misconduct.
