As a democratic society, how should we deal with right-wing extremism? The exhibition ‘Strengthening Democracy – Combating Right-wing Extremism’ offers answers to this question and is open to all interested members of the public at the Kleve Campus until 29 October.
The travelling exhibition offers insights into the various forms of right-wing extremism, with a regional focus on North Rhine-Westphalia. Fifteen exhibition panels illustrate the dangers that right-wing extremism poses to democracy and human rights, and also offer guidance on how to tackle right-wing extremist views and discriminatory behaviour in everyday situations. To complement the exhibition, a supporting programme is also available, comprising guided tours of the exhibition (in German and English) and two film evenings followed by discussion sessions.
