In August, September and October, the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) offers new students a little taster of what it’s like to study at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences as part of the ‘Welcome Thursdays’ programme.
On every third Thursday (20 August, 17 September, 15 October), from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm, there will be a session providing general information on starting university and accommodation in Kamp-Lintfort and Kleve. In addition, the advisers will answer any questions first-year students may have and give them a tour – online, of course – of both campuses.
Alongside staff from the ZSB, students from Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences will also be on hand to offer valuable tips and advice during this English-language event, which takes place via the Webex platform. This ensures that prospective students receive the best possible welcome even during the digital semester, well before Freshers’ Week begins in the last week of October.
Newly enrolled students can take part in Welcome Thursdays as follows:
