Students from over 100 countries are already on this journey together at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, learning, developing and discovering new things. As part of the induction week, future fellow students come together to celebrate the start of their studies at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences.
For one week, first-year students (freshers) are supported by tutors; they have the opportunity to ask questions about starting their studies and to find out about the wide range of university activities, the towns and the area surrounding Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. As well as various information sessions, a campus rally and a market, the programme naturally also includes a pub crawl, during which students can discover the best bars and find their favourite pubs. At the barbecue, freshers can pick up the best insider tips in a relaxed atmosphere and get the right answers to any questions they may still have on their minds. Whether it’s BAföG, scholarships, finding a flat share or a library card – the tutors are on hand to offer help and advice! Of course, the induction week ends with an opening party.
