Imke Hans, M.A.

Imke Hans has been a research associate for Career Service & Employability at the Faculty of Society and Economics at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve since 2015. In this role, she supports students in their career orientation and professional development and designs and delivers lectures, workshops, and events on topics such as self-marketing, communication, and networking.

As a trained systemic consultant, mediator, and systemic organizational developer, her main interest lies in shaping positive working environments at individual, team, and organizational level. She studied English and German Studies at Osnabrück University (M.A. equivalent) and Intercultural Communication at Chemnitz University of Technology (M.A.), specializing in training, coaching, and mediation.

Her professional career includes working as a project manager, trainer, and consultant across a range of industries and countries. She has also contributed to various academic research projects. Since 2015, she has been continuously developing and expanding the Career Service at the Faculty of Society and Economics at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences.

From 2025 to 2027, Imke Hans is also working as a Transfer Manager for Regional Capacity Building within the TransRegINT project, with a particular focus on sustainability. Alongside her work at the university, she works independently as a mediator, organizational and team development facilitator, and trainer.
