'Open Gardens in Kleverland':

'Shoes off and all senses on' is the motto at the Kleve Tropical House on Sunday, 10 April 2022. On a barefoot and scented nature trail on the grounds of the tropical house, visitors of all ages can feel 15 different types of soil under their feet, for example slate, quartz gravel or pine bark. At the same time, they can smell a wide variety of plant scents on the path.



Together with the Emmerich public library, the team of the tropical house also presents the cooperation project 'Seed Library'. The focus here is on the cultivation, propagation and, of course, tasting of old, seed-proof useful plants.
