Mittwochsakademie of the Faculty of Society and Economics

goes digital

From regional to global - economy and society in current affairs.

The Mittwochsakademie is a lecture series of the Faculty of Society and Economics of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. It already enjoys tradition and has been offered eight times in the past. Current events are addressed, questioned theoretically and discussed in a large group. In the lectures, different speakers from the fields of science and economy present current research results and practice analyses and thereby build a bridge between theory and practice.

Apart from the scientists of the faculty, external speakers are invited and discuss the Lower Rhine city in thematically implied lectures.

You can find the individual lectures in the overview in the download area on the right hand or also in our calendar.

The open, cost-free lectures in the course of the lecture series are directed towards the interested public, but also students, teachers and staff of the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. A registration beforehand is not necessary. The events take place digitally via Webex on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. You can find the access data for each event and further information here and on the website of the Faculty of Society and Economics www.hochschule-rhein-waal.de/en/faculties/society-and-economics.

The lectures will be held mostly in German.

The Faculty of Society and Economics is looking forward to your visit!
