Mittwochsakademie of the Faculty of Society and Economics
775 Years Kleve – Lecture Series on the Anniversary Year 2017
The Mittwochsakademie is a lecture series of the Faculty of Society and Economics of the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. It already enjoys tradition and is already offered for the sixth time in 2017. Current events are addressed, questioned theoretically and discussed in a large group. In the lectures, different speakers from the fields of science and economy present current research results and practice analyses and thereby build a bridge between theory and practice.
On April 25th 2017, the city of Kleve celebrated its 775th birthday. This event is embedded in a festival year, in which the Faculty of Society and Economics is involved. This year’s programme of the Mittwochsakademie therefore combines current developments of the city and historical lectures.
Apart from the scientists of the faculty, external speakers are invited and discuss the Lower Rhine city in thematically implied lectures.
You can find the individual lectures in the overview in the download area on the right hand or also in our calendar.
The open, cost-free lectures in the course of the lecture series are directed towards the interested public, but also students, teachers and staff of the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. A registration beforehand is not necessary.
The lectures will be held in German.
The Faculty of Society and Economics is looking forward to your visit!
