Parent-Café

The next parent-café will take place in November!

On November 19 the first Parent-Café for studying parents and students becoming parents took place. During the event they had the opportunity to get to know other students with children, to make contacts, to share experiences and to network. They were also able to obtain information about studying with child and to talk to internal and external counseling services.

The event was organized by the Equal Opportunities Office and the Studentwerk  (Studierendenwerk) Düsseldorf. If you have any questions or further ideas, please contact Stefanie Aunkofer.

The positive feedback from the students and the high number of participants show that there is a great need for further events to improve the family friendliness for studying parents.
