Students discover german dining culture
German cuisine is diverse and down-to-earth. Hearty stews such as lentil soup and kale with sausage or potato dishes like potato fritters and fried potatoes are very popular. Pancakes and Schnitzel as well as a table filled with homemade cake and cookies, waffles and rolls are also typically German.
You can sign up for the cooking class at the Welcome Centre in Kleve (building 17).
