Welcome Centre
The Welcome Center is a central point of contact for students, run by students. Our team consists of qualified tutors from all four faculties with a wide variety of social and cultural backgrounds.
Students4Students Tutors
Our Students4Students tutors support fellow students with the challenges of studying and being a student, especially for students new to university and international students in a strange, new land. They can help international students hit the ground running in Germany, e.g. with everyday matters such as filling in official papers (like visa applications), translations, housing problems, looking for part-time work, understanding various insurances, etc. In addition, the team will also accompany international students to the Kleve immigration office.
Programmes and events
Various programs and events - such as the Language Tandem, Having a Grand Friend, GermaNice and Locals4Students - help students put down roots in a new culture and enrich lives. They are also a great way to meet new people.
