Energy economics deals with the trade of energy carriers (e.g. oil), electricity, and heat. We rely on access to energy in our everyday life, work, industrial production, mobility, and many other sectors. But how is energy traded? How are prices determined? What happens if prices for energy suddenly rise or fall? This and many other questions will be discussed in our lecture.
