TaXES

TaXES is the faculty’s laboratory for tax-related experiments and simulations. Groups of test persons are asked to participate in interpersonal communication situations (such as a conversation or negotation) under controlled conditions. The scenes are then closely monitored and recorded for analysis. Experiments are conducted for a variety of typical, tax-related situations: conversations between tax consultant and client, or financial authority and citizens; constructive crisis talks; conferences involving tax/fiscal departments and more.
