Student-excursion to Autostadt Wolfsburg

Where do the cars come from?

Students of both degree programmes in International Business and Management, B.A. as well as International Taxation and Law, B.A. had the chance to get deep insights into the world of cars. Programme manager Fabian Dargel, M.Sc. organized a student-trip for 47 students from Kleve to Autostadt Wolfsburg. The students not only learned a lot about the historical development of Volkswagen but also got insights into the latest technical achievements of the car industry. On top, they were able to experience those achievements: e.g. by driving the most modern electronic car of Volkswagen and Audi.

This student-trip was not just aiming at getting more input of the car industry. After several years without any excursion and most-likely online-lectures the group was able to get to know each other in a more personal athmosphere. They developed their soft-skills and learned the importance of networking – with fellow students and business partners. An exciting agenda included several team-building activities in order to strengthen the sense of community. Within those, the students worked in a very creative manner.
