Student Services
Student Services is responsible for:
- Admissions and selection procedures for Bachelor and Master degree programmes
- Enrolment and deregistration
- Re-registration, academic leave of absence, waiver of the regional and the NRW Ticket
- Guest auditors, visiting students, young students
- Application for change of degree programme with entry at a higher semester
- Issuing official documents (eg. study certificates)
- Payment transactions concerning semester fees
- Reports to the health insurance funds according to SGB V

Office consultation hours
The department Student Services offers office consultation hours on Thursdays between 10:00 and 12:00. The office hours in Kleve take place in building 20, ground floor. The office hours in Kamp-Lintfort take place on the last Tuesday of the month in building 4, ground floor.
