Disability Liaison Officer

Whereas the Disability Information Officer is officially appointed by the University to ensure that all workplace obligations towards staff with disabilities are met, the Disability Liaison Officer is elected by staff themselves to represent the special interests and needs of colleagues with a disability and, when necessary, mediate between individual staff members and their line managers.
