Requesting Media

General Information

Students at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences can submit requests for new media using our online form. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.

For reasons of data protection media requests submitted with private email address cannot be executed. Please use your HSRW Email Address.

We cannot accept requests from external users.

Teachers and staff at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences can submit requests for new media using the form “Literaturbestellformular” in the QM portal. Please refer to the relevant guidelines on ordering information media, also available in the QM portal.

Important Information

Before submitting a request, please check whether the media you have in mind is already available through the University Library using Katalog PLUS.

Please be advised that it will take some time to process your request. You can also attempt to order your desired media through Interlibrary Loan.
