Professors and staff can access their HSRW email accounts in the following ways:

Standard software for PC/MAC: Outlook
- Accessible from campus intranet and home internet.
Webmail:
- Kleve: Outlook Web App (OWA)
- Kamp-Lintfort: Outlook Web App (OWA)
Mobile phone:
- ActiveSync (iPhone, PDA, Smartphone)
