Chefärztin Dr. med. Angelika Mosch, Ärztin für Diagnostische Radiologie und Innere Medizin im St. Willibrord-Spital Emmerich, referiert am Donnerstag, 23. April um 18 Uhr im Rahmen des Studium Generale über das Thema „Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen – Strahlen gehen um die Welt“ auf dem Campus Kleve.

Agricultural reforms and consequences for the agricultural sector

As part of the Studium Generale lecture series for summer semester 2015, Elisabeth Verhaag, Expert for Nature Conservation in the North Rhine-Westphalian Chamber of Agriculture, will present on the topic ‘New Frameworks in the new Funding Period – Consequences for the Agricultural Sector’ on Tuesday, April 21 at 6:00 pm on the Kamp-Lintfort Campus (Friedrich-Heinrich-Allee 25, Building 01, 2nd floor, room 01 02 105). The talk will be held in German, and is free to attend.

U.S. Consul General Stephen A. Hubler at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences

On April 15, 2015, Professor Dr. Jakob Lempp, Associate Dean of Studies of the Faculty of Society and Economics, warmly welcomed U.S. Consul General Stephen A. Hubler to Kleve and to Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. The Consul General gave an exciting talk about the art of diplomacy and his experiences at the many diplomatic stations in his career to an audience of 130 students and staff in the campus Audimax.

Dr. Heide Naderer officially appointed as President of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences

On Thursday, April 9, 2015 in Düsseldorf, Dr. Thomas Grünewald, Deputy Minister for Innovation, Science and Research in North Rhine-Westphalia, presented Dr. Heide Naderer with the official letter of appointment to the position of president of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. Dr. Naderer will officially take office as the new university president on May 1, 2015.

As part of Rhine-Waal’s Studium General programme for the summer semester 2015, experts will hold talks on these topics and more, providing audiences with interesting looks and insight into a variety of different subject areas. All presentations will be held in German.
