Compass instead of complexity – guiding criteria for healthy working

How healthy is a company actually positioned – and where is there room for improvement? In a practical research project, students from the Master's programme in Health Sciences and Management addressed this key question.

Many companies are already aware of occupational health management. However, there is often a lack of guidance when it comes to practical implementation. Many companies therefore want targeted support, especially when it comes to introducing and structurally developing health measures.

As part of a research project, students on the Master's programme in Health Sciences and Management have now developed a catalogue of key criteria in cooperation with AOK NordWest. This tool enables companies to systematically assess the current status of their health management and develop it in a targeted manner.

In future, the catalogue can be used in AOK NordWest's practical consulting services as a valuable tool for strengthening occupational health management. This not only benefits companies, but also improves the health of their employees, which is something the students are also pleased about.
