Information and Advice

We are always happy to advise you on how to use the library services and to assist you in your search for media and information. 

During service hours, you can get information from our library staff in person at the information desk, by telephone or by e-mail. In addition you will find lots of informative content and video tutorials with detailed instructions on the website.

Furthermore, we encourage you to participate in one of our free library tours and information literacy training courses. Here you can familiarise yourself with the library's premises and services and learn how to search for relevant information in the future. The library also offers one-to-one advice sessions for individual support in your literature search.
