Library of Things

The Library of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences is working together with the city of Kleve and the AStA to set up a "Library of Things" at the Kleve location in 2024.

With the Library of Things, we will make various items available for you to borrow that you rarely need, that are perhaps too expensive to buy or that you would simply like to try out.

The Library and its users will thus make a contribution to resource-conserving and environmentally conscious consumer behaviour with every loan and act in the spirit of a "sharing economy".

Would you also like to contribute to the Library of Things?

Donate undamaged, well-preserved items to the library! Please contact us by email at bibliothek@hochschule-rhein-waal.de if you would like to drop something off, or visit us at the open day on Saturday, 25 May 2024, between 2 and 6 pm.

Items from the following areas are of interest:

• Tools, e.g. toolbox/tool set, cordless screwdriver, drill, etc.
• Household, e.g. window vacuum cleaner, high-pressure cleaner, steamer, etc.
• Garden, e.g. small gardening accessories, shovel, branch shears, etc.
• Sport and leisure, e.g. badminton racket, hula-hoop, boules set, etc.
