Counseling services for professors

Being a professor is a challenging job that comes with a wide variety of roles. You work as a teacher, researcher, student coach, member of academic self-administration and in many other roles at the same time. The Academic Staff Development and Academic Continuing Education department therefore offers all HSRW professors individual professorial development planning meetings as well as coaching and career advice. We see ourselves as process facilitators who work with you on your individual issues in a solution-oriented manner.

Naturally, we treat all discussions in the strictest confidence and are committed to absolute confidentiality.

For newly appointed professors, we also offer a structured onboarding program with individual training opportunities, funded by the PRO4-HSRW project (see /node/6319).
