Counseling services for academic staff

The tasks of academic staff are varied and challenging. With great commitment, they contribute to achieving common goals at the HSRW. At the same time, the compatibility of professional and private obligations is an important issue in this phase of life, even if there is often little time to strategically approach one's own career development.

This is where the “Academic Staff Development and Academic Continuing Education” department comes in and offers all HSRW academic staff individual career advice, coaching and development discussions. We are available as a sparring partner throughout the process and are open to the individual topics of academic staff.

Of course, we treat all discussions in the strictest confidence and are committed to absolute confidentiality.

Postdocs can also attend the further training formats funded by the PRO4-HSRW project (see /node/6310).
