Clara Gütte, student of the bachelor's degree programme Environment and Energy at the Faculty of Communication and Environment in Kamp-Lintfort, had the opportunity present her research on the endangered seaweed Posidonia oceanica at the 6th Mediterranean Symposium on Marine Vegetation in Antalya.
Her results, which she had gained during her internship at the Archipelagos Institute for Marine Conservation in Greece, were presented as a poster contribution entitled "Adapted seagrass watch protocol to evaluate Posidonia oceanica health in the eastern Aegean Sea" at the UN conference and met with great interest.
