Decanenkring Arnhem meets with Rhine-Waal University

The Decanenkring Arnhem met today for the first time with Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve. In Dutch secondary schools, ‘decane’ play an important role as study advisors for pupils interested in going to university and pursuing a degree.

The Decane were warmly welcomed to Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences by Dr Heide Naderer, President of the University. Afterwards, representatives of the University sat down with the Decane to have an in-depth discussion about future collaboration between Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences and Dutch schools. The goal is to discover new ways to introduce Dutch pupils to the possibility of studying in Germany and at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences with its proximity to the Netherlands.

Following the discussion, the Decane had the opportunity to learn more about the course offer of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, and to take a tour of the Kleve Campus and its modern facilities.
