The Hague Network
An inquisitive, thoughtful and interconnected approach to the challenges of a changing world
The Hague Network is a group of universities that have decided to build a broader, deeper and more comprehensive network of individuals and form strategic partnerships.
Unlike a typical student exchange between two universities, the Hague Network offers students the chance to take one or more modules at different partner universities simultaneously, whether in Finland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands or the Czech Republic.
In forming this new network, the participating universities seek to create an educational programme that empowers both students and employees to face the challenges of a changing world in a curious, networked and thoughtful way—in the spirit of world citizenship. The network itself is international in nature, and internationalisation is one of the driving themes underlying the activities of the strategic partners.
While the project was initiated prior to the coronavirus pandemic, it gained additional relevance and momentum in its wake.
Winter semester 2022-23 already marks the Hague Network’s third round of digital exchange.
Detailed information on participation and the application process as well as the objectives of the project can be found on the project website.
