Are you new at the Faculty of Technology and Bionics and don't know where to turn to with your academic related questions (e.g. your study progress)? Do you find yourself struggling? Then make sure to get in touch with our Study Guide Ms Buksmann, currently available Mon-Fri 10 a.m. - 5 p.m..
This semester is a challenging one to deal with. Luckily you can turn to our study guide Ms Buksmann for support on any questions, worries or problems regarding your studies. In individual counseling sessions via e-mail, telephone or video chat feel free to address your topics - each session is confidential.

You can also schedule an appointment by email, please include the following information:
- Your degree programme,
- communication data, e.g. telephone number/ videochat app ID,
- your available time slots within Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- and a brief description of the topic you would like to discuss.
Please be aware that especially at the beginning of the semester the demand is quite high, so please be patient if you do not get an answer immediately and wait some days.
