The Psychological Counselling Service of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences is not an on-call support service, meaning you can only reach us in person during our weekly office hours. In unexpected emergencies we may not be available to help.

In unexpected emergencies you can reach out to the following services:

  Trained counsellors are available to talk 24/7 and all calls are anonymous. More information (German).
